Commercials

I swear the more commercials I watch, the less I want to buy stuff that's advertised. Sure there are a few good commericals out there, but more often then not, they are stupid, stupid, stupid.

Right now the major one everyone gripes out is the Steinbrenner/Jeter commerical. And with good reason, it's a stupid commerical, playing on the idea that Jeter likes to party and Steinbrenner is the boss. Ha, ha, meh.

And car commericals bore me to death. And don't get me started on lawyers (like the one who came on to tell me the cheery fact that "people admitted to hospitals on the weekends are more likely to die there.").

And then there are medicine where by law they have to tell you the side effects, which more often then not are as serious or worse then the illness.
