Comics-again

I picked up a few issues today, I needed to get boxes to start putting away some of the comics I had in storage. Teen Titans, Flash, and Formerly Known as the Justice League, if you're interested. All three show how comics can be fun, but in different ways.

I'm mainly waiting for Sunday, when the local comic convention comes back. I went to it in June and walked away with tons of comics that I got for $0.50 or $1.00. And most, if not all of them were worth more then that. Some were even recent issues. It was a nice flashback to when I started collected and comics were $1.00. You walked into a shop with $20.00 and you could walk out with 20 comics. Now comics are a minimum $2.25, with many being $2.50, $2.95, or more.

This time, I'm going in with a plan. A list of comics I really want, printed out, instead of in my head. While it may ruin some of the fun, I will be able to cross a lot of issues off my wish list.
